Associate

 TT&M Associates brings the benefits of professional staffs to SME's (small and medium sized enterprises) without the overhead burdens that this entails. We do this by forging teams of professionals from all over the world in all areas of expertise and then bringing projects to them. Over time, a team can forge close bonds with a number of SME's and create a dependence on thier expertise every bit as strong as that of a large corporation on its in-house team. Large corporations utilize TT&M teams as semi-permanent augmentations to their own staff, using them for overflow work and special projects.

We are always on the lookout for new associates who will synergistically combine with our organization to improve our value proposition to our customers.

As a TT&M Associate you will work on specialized assignments or provide services in your area. Some of these will be on your own and often it will be as part of a team which is being brought to bear on a client's project.

TT&M Associates are expected to be seasoned practitioners in their fields and to have developed an exceptional network of business associates and friends upon whom they can call with the assurance that they will be taken seriously.

Projects require individuals with degrees or extensive background in their specialties. Where accounting or legal advice is being given, professional certification is required as well. Associates providing virtual office services must have a track record and commit to providing an exceptional level of service to TT&M clients.

  4. Your credentials. i.e. your qualifications and/or those of your organisation to do the work. Include here degrees, professional certifications, clients and any other information that would demonstrate that you have the ability to provide the services you are offering.

We will review your letter and open a dialog with you . If you or your organisation are suitable, we will appoint you as an associate in one of four categories:

  1. Sales
  2. Professional Services
  3. Non-professional services
  4. Networking
