Denis Willem, Management Consultant

Denis is responsible for the project management curriculum at TTM associates. He is a professional coach and trainer. His field of expertise is project management.

A former manufacturing requirement planning consultant, he worked for IBM/IT S as project manager for 15 years. As an IBM “Top Technical Resource” & “certified IBM Senior PM” he was responsible for major IT implementations world wide. Following his graduation in 1981 from the University of Dijon, France, where he earned a degree in information management, Mr. Willem studied in the USA (South Carolina) for 2 years. After further training in the Soviet Union (language school in Leningrad) Mr. Willem worked 4 years in South Africa as a software developer and then as a freelance computer capacity planning and evaluation consultant. While in Johannesburg, Mr. Willem took evening classes and received a degree in business management. Back in Europe, in 1996 he was certified as CPIM (Production and Inventory Management) by APICS. After receiving further training at the IBM European School (SAP R/3 FI/CO) Mr. Willem worked as a SAP project manager for large European industries. In 1998 he was certified as a PL ASAP (SAP Project Leader) by SAP AG. In May 2000, Mr. Willem was certified as an IHK Projektleiter by the Munich Industry Chamber of Commerce.


Francesco Pimpinelli, LLM, BSc

Francesco has been a pioneer of coaching in Italy. He is an executive coach who is an expert in helping leaders ‘both at individual and team level’ to reach personal and organisational objectives and to obtain concrete and long-lasting results.

In his approach to coaching he integrates a long experience in management and consulting on an international level with an inter-cultural perspective and considerable competence in the field of personal growth. He understands executives and the pressures and concerns that come with the role, having successfully faced these same challenges in his own career. As one of his coachees remarked, ‘Francesco has excellent business management know-how and a lot of expertise in personal growth. The combination of these two qualities produces a very balanced and respectful approach that enabled me to make the next step’ (president of a global industrial company).
Francesco’s style is totally client-centred. He is used to coach on different themes – such as challenging situations, leadership skills and behaviours, role transition, emotional balance, work-life integration and personal evolution – according to the goals of the coachee.
He uses different coaching tools and methods relevant to the client attitudes and goals: situational coaching, systemic coaching, shadow coaching and evolutionary coaching.
He is driven by his values, which include integrity, results, curiosity, balance and courage. He received a master degree in Computer Science from the University of Milan. Then he gained a broad corporate business background developed by working with some major international organizations.
He worked for Olivetti where has been the key expert in educational technology and later a business manager for multimedia solutions, he has been a consultant for the European Union in the area of ITC, a management consultant at Gemini Consulting running strategy and organizational projects, then at Oracle Italy, first director of pre-sales and then sales director of internet and e-commerce solutions. A brief experience in a venture capital fund sponsored by Unicredit Group completed his management experience.
His areas of expertise include executive coaching, team coaching, leadership development, emotional intelligence, coaching across cultures, coaching skills for managers, business strategy, marketing and sales, change management. He is used to incorporating into his work, 360 degree feedback and development assessments. He has been working with top teams and executives both in Italy and in Europe across different industries. Francesco coaches fluently in Italian and English.

Geert Van Loocke, Management Consultant

Geert Van Loocke is Belgian by birth and international by outlook. Having qualified at the universities of Antwerp and Leuven with honours degrees in philosophy. Geert has had 20 years experience in pharmaceutical marketing and communication.

Geert has held local and global marketing positions in international pharmaceutical companies, such as MSD, AstraZeneca, and Janssen Pharmaceutical. Subsequently, Geert has managed two leading international healthcare communications agency networks in Europe, and developed an in-depth knowledge of pharma Brand management and communications.
He has worked on international brands for Astellas, AZ, Bayer, GSK, Novartis, Pfizer, Roche. Schering AG, Solvay, Organon, UCB and many other pharma companies in Europe and the Middle East.
Geert has been recently involved in branding and brand building pharma products seminars in the Middle East with delegates from Pfizer, Mepha, Bayer, Apex, Julphar, and GSK.


Jan Flamend, Management Consultant

Jan is a talented sales and management consultant who joined the network in 2006 and he is at the same time responsible for the value selling customer management curriculum. He has extensive experience as a sales director and as a sales consultant. He studied Germanic philology and philosophy at the Catholic University of Leuven, and at the University of Pennsylvania.

He taught several seminars at these universities on the subject of literature and the visual arts. Jan has published several books on these issues.
Jan’s portfolio consists of companies such as Interbrew, Hewlett Packard, Zurich Insurance, and Mercedes Benz. He specialized in courses on support management, key account management, and sales leadership by objectives, coaching in the field, senior management skills and running businesses cross boundary. Jan joined Hewlett Packard in the capacity services & support sales manager Belgium/Luxemburg as well as member of the management council. He managed a sales team of 20 people, selling complex IT solutions in the enterprise market segment. Jan was then appointed executive vice president sales EMEA at Ubizen.
Ubizen is the largest security integrator in Europe, delivering solutions to large account to enhance e-business; in 8 countries. Jan has been a faculty member of Management Center Europe since 1997, where he delivered the Successful Selling Skills and Advanced Selling Skills seminars.
Jan has worked on several international consulting projects improving the effectiveness of sales teams and the creativity of business people. Jan gives his seminars in English, French, Italian, German and Dutch.
