Reports to: Brand Marketing & Partnerships Director
Job Summary:
The Marketing Lead works directly with the Brand Marketing & Partnerships Director and plays a pivotal role in the development and implementation of a comprehensive Partners’ Strategy Plan and the Company Marketing Plan. She/He assists in the development and implementation of the company’s non-digital actions and digital actions, the client’s engagement plan with clearly defined roles, targets and revenue goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Non-Digital Marketing
- Assist in the Implementation of the non-digital Activities of the ttm Solutions Brand Plan
- Actively Participating in Events organisation and Implementation, both Virtual and non-virtual
- Provide feedback and recommendations to further improve the non-digital Marketing Plan
- Help in the Development & Implementation of the Content Development Plan
Client Engagement Plan
- Actively participating in the Customer Engagement Plan
- Follow up and Engage the Clients assigned to establish strong relationships, through emails, phone calls, virtual meetings and extensive client visits in the region
- Build strong long-term relationships with Clients, thus enabling the Sale process efforts
- Assist in the follow-up on new client leads generated by the Business Development Team
- Actively assist in the development of the relevant Content for the Clients Engagement Plan
- Help in the development of Client proposals
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
Partners Management
- Develops a Partners’ Management Scheme and Agreement
- Recommends the desired objectives and motivations needed for an effective Partners’ Program
- Implements the agreed Partners Strategy
- Ensures the strategy achieves the agreed goals and KPIs
- Develops and Maintains an effective and strong relationships with all Partners
- Evaluates on a monthly basis the strategy’s results and recommends corrective action when needed
- Prepare and issue progress and evaluation reports for the relevant tasks
Web Content Management
- Assist in the Development of the yearly Plan
- Implement in an effective manner the Web Management Plan, ensuring the achievement of the agreed KPIs
- Managing and updating the organization’s websites via the CMS System, daily
- Updates in a timely manner the websites’ content according to the Marketing Department’s needs
- Working closely with all relevant Team members to ensure that all content types and communications messages are adequately featured and promoted on the websites as per the agreed guidelines
- Ensuring the websites are in perfect health, and the CMS systems in updated in a timely manner
- Recommend Actions to increase Traffic towards the websites
- Provide reports about the implementation and effectiveness the Web Management Plan
Digital Marketing
- Develop Content for the Digital Strategy, like Articles, Case Studies, white papers, videos, popcasts and more
- Assist in the Development & Implementation of the monthly Social Media Content Calendar for all Company Social Media Pages, together with the Marketing Team
- Collaborate with the appropriate Digital Agency to develop and enhance the monthly Social Media Content Calendar
- Maintain & Manage the Company Social Media Pages in a healthy and efficient manner
- Work closely with the Brand Marketing & Partnerships Director to develop and implement the yearly Digital Media Strategy
- Ensure the proper management of all the Digital Media strategy and achieve the set KPIs
- Provide feedback and recommendations to further improve the Social Media Plan
- Help in the implementation of all other Digital Campaigns (e.g. Google, Google Search, etc.)
Qualifications
- Relevant Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of Experience in B2B Marketing, Customer Relationship & Engagement, with a proven track record
- Minimum 3 years Digital Marketing, Social Media Management (like LinkedIn and Twitter) and Website Management, with a proven track record
- An MBA degree, previous experience in a consulting company or human resource knowledge is a plus
- Fluent in English is required
- Knowledge of the Middle East Market, dynamics and all developing trends is a plus
- Knowledge of the Arabic language will be considered a strong advantage
- Mobility- Willingness to travel extensively in the Middle East Region
