Phase One: DEVELOPING THE IDEAL TALENT PROFILE
Using TTM’s scientifically proven WHOLE BRAIN TECHNOLOGY, we will build the Ideal TALENT Profile mapped to the Whole Brain 4 Quadrants detailing and describing the Ideal Talent Characteristics. We will then benchmark your organisation/people/position’s Competencies to TTM associates Talent Characteristics (Our Own Competency Model) to The Whole Brain Talent Database which includes Industry Competencies. Accordingly, TTM associates will deduce the DESIRED and UNDESIRED behaviours and actions for an IDEAL TALENT.
TTM will use the Output of Stage One concluding into a map of the IDEAL TALENT Behaviours visually on the Whole-Brain map – i.e. what a successful Talent Looks Like – Profile)
TTM Associates will use the WHOLE BRAIN TECHNOLOGY to Draw an Ideal Talent Profile. This is the benchmark where all talents will be assessed and measured against.
In essence, it will be used as a Talent (Success) Compass after being incorporated with your organisation Vision, Mission and Values for your specific targeted organisational level or position.
